Pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, LCD panels, and electrical components require storage conditions that go beyond standard warehouse environments. Temperature deviation, humidity fluctuation, particulate contamination, or inadequate fire suppression can render an entire inventory batch non-compliant or unusable.
QDITC's controlled environment storage solutions are configurable for the following conditions — individually or in combination:
- Temperature-controlled storage: −35°C to +60°C, maintained within ±1°C
- Humidity control: down to 5% relative humidity via adsorption drying, or 10% via nitrogen purging
- Cleanroom-grade storage: GMP Class 100–100,000 / ISO Class 1–8
- Fire and explosion prevention: available for chemical, military, and high-risk material storage
Storage units are configurable to GMP Class 100 / 1,000 / 10,000 / 100,000 or ISO Class 1–8 cleanliness standards. Positive and negative pressure control, real-time environmental feedback, and reduced airflow design minimize particulate exposure during access operations.
For chemical, military, and other applications where stored materials present fire or explosion risk, QDITC provides dedicated prevention and suppression configurations. Timely, accurate detection reduces the window between fault and intervention — limiting potential losses.
Three suppression configurations are available depending on material sensitivity and facility requirements: - Gas suppression with inhalation-based smoke detection - Temperature and smoke sensing with water spray suppression - Temperature and smoke sensing with dry ice suppression
