Controlled Environment

Pharmaceuticals, semiconductors, LCD panels, and electrical components require storage conditions that go beyond standard warehouse environments. Temperature deviation, humidity fluctuation, particulate contamination, or inadequate fire suppression can render an entire inventory batch non-compliant or unusable.

QDITC's controlled environment storage solutions are configurable for the following conditions — individually or in combination:

- Temperature-controlled storage: −35°C to +60°C, maintained within ±1°C

- Humidity control: down to 5% relative humidity via adsorption drying, or 10% via nitrogen purging

- Cleanroom-grade storage: GMP Class 100–100,000 / ISO Class 1–8

- Fire and explosion prevention: available for chemical, military, and high-risk material storage

Industry Challenges

Temperature Control Requirements

Temperature Control Requirements

- Operating range: −35°C to +60°C constant temperature storage - Temperature tolerance: maintained within ±1°C throughout the storage period - Compatible with simultaneous humidity control for combined temperature-humidity management

Response Solutions

QDITC provides storage solutions that meet the strict environmental requirements of LCD display, pharmaceutical, semiconductor, aviation, healthcare, and optics manufacturing — including cleanroom-grade storage configurations that comply with GMP and ISO classification standards. All environmental parameters are monitored in real time with feedback control, so deviations are detected and corrected before they affect material quality or compliance status.

Equipment Management

1

Cleanroom-grade storage: GMP and ISO compliant

Storage units are configurable to GMP Class 100 / 1,000 / 10,000 / 100,000 or ISO Class 1–8 cleanliness standards. Positive and negative pressure control, real-time environmental feedback, and reduced airflow design minimize particulate exposure during access operations.

2

Fire and explosion prevention for high-risk material storage

For chemical, military, and other applications where stored materials present fire or explosion risk, QDITC provides dedicated prevention and suppression configurations. Timely, accurate detection reduces the window between fault and intervention — limiting potential losses.

3

Provide solutions for Three fire suppression options available

Three suppression configurations are available depending on material sensitivity and facility requirements: - Gas suppression with inhalation-based smoke detection - Temperature and smoke sensing with water spray suppression - Temperature and smoke sensing with dry ice suppression

Customers provide cost-effective material solutions for "storage, transportation, picking, and management"
