TowerMat for Heavy Duty Units Storage System is a heavy-duty storage device that can accurately read the signal material information of load-bearing pallets. It includes: main frame, lifting power mechanism, vertical lifting trolley, operation worktable, horizontal hooking mechanism, outbound trolley, pallet and material signal reading device, etc. The lifting trolley can move quickly in the vertical direction through mechanisms such as motor-driven heavy-duty chain transmission.
Long and heavy goods require detailed and professional storage and logistics solutions. Previously, storing long goods, metal plates, tools, pallets, or mesh cages wasted space, causing complex handling problems and increasing long-term costs.

The TowerMat for Heavy Duty Units Storage System adopts a modular design, with an internal self-supporting structure that does not rely on external structures to increase the strength of the equipment. The main framework of the equipment consists of columns, as well as horizontal and diagonal supports connecting the columns, which can maintain the stability and reliability of the equipment and still operate.
The QDITC Tower Library is a combination assembly type, with a height that can be adjusted according to the customer’s site conditions, supporting a maximum of 15m. Each tower warehouse is supported by 8 columns, with a maximum net cargo capacity of 350000 kg.
The QDITC Tower Warehouse enhances the stability and positioning accuracy of the cargo platform by providing anti offset positioning design with 8 positioning wheels on each side.
The TowerMat for Heavy Duty Units Storage System is designed with two sets (4) of heavy-duty chains to lift and balance the cargo platform, ensuring that the platform can move up and down along the track. Even if any chain on one side accidentally breaks, relying on the other three heavy-duty chains and guide wheels can ensure that the level of the cargo platform is not affected, preventing the cargo platform and load from falling from a high altitude.
The tray is welded as a whole and treated with spray coating, which has a beautiful appearance, good strength, corrosion resistance, and rust prevention. Deformation amount ≤ 10mm.
The tray brackets inside the equipment are easy to disassemble and assemble. The tray brackets are all installed independently. Once there is abnormal deformation, only the tray bracket needs to be removed separately, without removing the entire load-bearing module of the tray bracket. The maintenance time is short, and it will not affect the use of the equipment, and the cost is low.
The QDITC Tower Library is equipped with a set of safety light barriers on the outside of the access port, with 48 pairs of light (subject to actual conditions). The safety light barriers will only activate when the tray enters or exits the access port area. Any interruption of the safety light barriers will cause the equipment to brake, providing maximum protection for the safety of operators; Each pair of safety gratings consists of a transmitting end and a receiving end, and the center distance between each pair of light rays and their adjacent light rays is 25mm (subject to actual conditions).
In order to accurately measure the total amount of materials, a set of weighing sensors, namely an automatic weighing system, is used on the RGV outbound trolley for automatic weighing. The material pallets that are automatically weighed will not be picked up from the loading platform when they are overweight; Capable of weighing the corresponding goods (with an accuracy of about 1 ‰).
The QDITC integrated software system consists of QD-WMS and QD-WCS systems, where the WMS system can be used for material control of multiple devices online and interfaces with other peripheral software systems. QD-WCS can also be used independently for the use of standalone devices, meeting the management of equipment and materials.
The heavy-duty tower storage system THD is highly flexible and offers a range of optional features. Adopting modular design, it can be configured according to different needs and can integrate other components at any stage (before or after installation).
