Vertical Lift Module Storage System is a storage device that can accurately read tray signals/material information, and achieve the handling and storage of goods by lifting the chain rotation hook and push-pull on the platform.
Including: main frame, prefabricated panels, lifting power mechanism, vertical lifting trolley, automatic lifting door, operation workbench, horizontal hook mechanism, signal reading device for trays and materials, etc., the container can move quickly in the vertical direction through mechanisms such as motor-driven synchronous belt transmission.
The QDITC Upgrade Library adopts a modular design, with a self-supporting structure inside that does not rely on external skin to increase the strength of the equipment. The main frame of the equipment consists of columns, as well as horizontal and diagonal supports connecting the columns. These frames can keep the equipment running even without skin, which only serves the purpose of aesthetics and protection, fully maintaining its strength.
The QDITC Upgrade Library is a combination assembly type, with a height that can be adjusted according to the customer’s site conditions, supporting a maximum of 17.5 meters. Each container is supported by 8 pillars, with a maximum net cargo capacity of 65000 kg.
The tray is made of 2.0 galvanized sheet metal that is bent and formed as a whole, welded together, and sprayed with paint. It has a beautiful appearance, good strength, corrosion resistance, and rust prevention. Deformation ≤ 5mm; Distance between ears: 25mm; Tray rack spacing: 50mm.
The tray brackets inside the equipment are easy to disassemble and assemble. The tray brackets are all installed independently. Once there is abnormal deformation, only the tray bracket needs to be removed separately, without removing the entire load-bearing module of the tray bracket. The maintenance time is short, and it will not affect the use of the equipment, and the cost is low.
The QDITC Upgrade Library is equipped with a set of safety light barriers on the outside of the access port, with 48 pairs of light (subject to actual conditions). The safety light barriers will only activate when the tray enters or exits the access port area. Any interruption of the safety light barriers will cause the equipment to brake, providing maximum protection for the safety of operators; Each pair of safety gratings consists of a transmitting end and a receiving end, and the center distance between each pair of light rays and their adjacent light rays is 25mm (subject to actual conditions).
There are 4 maintenance doors on both sides of the QDITC Lifting Warehouse (2 of which are used for maintenance of the lifting mechanism, and the other 2 are used for personnel entry), making it easy for personnel to enter and repair the equipment. Once opened, the motor will automatically brake and the equipment will automatically stop running to protect personnel.
The vertical lifting storage system is very flexible and provides a range of optional functions. Adopting modular design, it can be configured according to different needs and can integrate other components at any stage (before or after installation).
A storage tray is a vehicle used for storing materials that are circulated within an elevated warehouse. Under normal circumstances, QDITC provides standardized pallets. We can also provide other customized trays (which can be designed separately according to the actual situation).
In order to accurately measure the total amount of materials, an automatic weighing module can be added at the inbound and outbound ports to ensure that inventory operations will not be carried out on the loading platform in case of overweight.
In the internal measurement of improving inventory access, a set of height measurement gratings can be installed, each pair of gratings consisting of a transmitting end and a receiving end, with a grating spacing of 25mm. Each time materials are stored, the height grating can automatically measure the maximum height of the materials inside the tray, and determine the placement position of the pallet based on the actual height and the available space in the container, effectively utilizing the space.
