Adopting a gear transmission structure, it delivers precise positioning and longer service life, equipped with dynamic weight management to real-time verify the loading status of pallets. Fully enclosed cabinets offer dust-proof protection for precision bearings and sensors. Triple safety safeguards covering machinery, electrics and software enable round-the-clock workshop operation. Multiple pallet load capacity specifications are available, supporting simultaneous storage of lightweight electronic fittings and heavy-duty cutting tools.

The supporting WMS system can interface with the workshop MES production system. It automatically creates files upon motor component warehousing, classifying raw materials, semi-finished products and tooling cutters. Light-directed picking accelerates consolidated material retrieval. Multi-unit interconnected central control is supported. Remote PCs enable real-time monitoring of stock levels across all warehouses and automatic generation of feeding & inventory reports, completely replacing paper documents and realizing full-process batch traceability of components.

Vertical high-rise storage fully utilizes overhead workshop space and reduces floor occupation. Dust-free workshops can expand storage capacity without large-scale renovations. Ergonomic multi-layer picking ports suit on-site operators. The goods-to-person mode cuts time wasted on cross-area material searching, ensures uninterrupted material supply for motor assembly lines, and effectively lifts overall production capacity.
